If for any reason you would like to return your item(s), they must be in their original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 30 days of the delivery date. 

We will either exchange the item, issue a full refund or a credit note on the site. Credit notes are non-negotiable for transactions over 30 days.
Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

For any wetsuit warranty you must send the suit clean and dry as we will not be able to process a wet/dirty suit! 

Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging. We advise you to use a Recorded Delivery Service in case of returning any goods to us.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the customers rights to cancel the order 14 days after receiving goods.
