Shipping & Delivery

Please contact us if you have any queries regarding our shipping. We are based in the UK and currently do not ship outside the UK. Shipping costs for all UK destinations are itemised and automatically calculated at checkout. We offer FREE standard delivery (1–5 working days, usually 1–2) on all UK purchases over £100.00. For orders under £100.00, a £9.00 standard shipping fee applies. We make every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

We aim to dispatch all items within 1–2 working days of receiving your order, often within 24 hours for orders placed before 11 AM (subject to payment authorisation and stock availability). If there is any delay for any reason, we will contact you—please ensure your email address and phone number are accurate and reachable. When dispatch within this timeframe is not possible, we will notify you directly.

If shipping to a work address or requesting delivery to a neighbour, please note it is the customer's responsibility to locate the package once marked as delivered. If a delivery is missed or not collected from the local depot and is automatically returned to us, a redelivery charge will apply, even if the original shipment qualified for free delivery.

Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect the package before signing. If it appears damaged, refuse to sign or sign as ‘damaged’ and inform the driver. Once signed for, neither we nor the courier can be held responsible for damage, and the item will not be replaced. Also, check that you have received the correct number of packages, as some orders may arrive in multiple boxes or bags.
