• Nano Ripstop Canopy: Cabrinha has taken a leap forward in kitesurf technology with their introduction of the Nano Ripstop Canopy. This innovative and exclusive material offers exceptional stability and reactivity. Through a groundbreaking new coating and treatment process, the canopy's tear strength has been doubled, resulting in a kite that is not only more durable and high-performing, but also maintains its crispness for longer periods of time. Moreover, the material experiences significantly less elongation over time, making it an excellent investment for the long run.
• High Tenacity Dacron: Cabrinha has created a highly specialized dacron material for their inflatable kites. By utilizing ultra-high tenacity yarns and increasing the thread count, the design team has developed a product that effectively resists elongation, even under the high pressures experienced during kitesurfing. This results in a more precise shape with less deformation compared to competing products. The kite also features strategic reinforcements in the high stress areas of the canopy, ensuring maximum durability and performance.
• Pure Profile Panels: The Cabrinha kite is well-known for its stability, and the design team has managed to enhance this even further by strategically placing panels. This has resulted in a doubling of the aerodynamic profile for better control over the kite's foremost curvature. As a result, the kite is able to achieve faster speeds in the sky, allowing for more efficient performance across a wider range of kiting disciplines.
• 1X Security: Upon activation of 1X’s single line flagging system the power of a kite is immediately killed and it will rest motionless on the water or land.
• Sprint System w/Airlock: The Sprint inflation system offers a fast and effortless method for inflating and deflating your kite. Its Airlock valve, which has been enlarged, allows air to be rapidly distributed to all the struts from a single point. Additionally, the Airlock connection is designed to fit the Sprint pump perfectly, eliminating the need for any special adapters.
• Dynamic Arc: With dynamic arc technology, the kite can take on two different arc shapes. While in flight, it adopts one form, and while resting on the water, it takes on another shape. This feature simplifies the relaunch process.
• Power Control: Cabrinha kites are equipped with a user-friendly and adjustable power level selector. The pigtail connector found on each rear line offers three power positions, which riders can easily switch between to personalize their experience.
• Onshore / Offshore: Tailored settings are available to enhance performance, depending on the wind direction. When set to offshore, the kite's upwind ability improves, enabling effortless cutbacks in offshore wind. On the other hand, the onshore setting maximizes the kite's "drift" capacity and allows for sharper turns.
• Slackline Drift: The kite has a unique feature that enables it to park itself and remain in the air for an extended period, even when the lines go slack.
